CE$ Was a No Brainer

I am so happy I took advantage of this program. I can already tell the difference. Even with the recent high winds, I haven't felt a draft at all. I was able to get a 20% discount on all the work I had done (insulation, furnace, hot water, electric box), and soon I will be getting a rebate from Dominion as well. With a 2.3% interest rate from the CASH program, it was a no-brainer.
The people at CASH were so easy to work with, my contractor, Aviles Construction, was always on the job on time and always friendly and respectful of my belongings. It's never easy having your house torn up for construction, but it gave me an opportunity to clean out my attic, and I'm looking forward to saving on my utility bills.
